Shipping policy

We do our best to provide you with the most accurate shipping time estimates as well as the best shipping rates as possible. Please keep in mind that due to current COVID-19 situation, some shipping carriers have reported delays. We always provide tracking numbers to keep you updated on your shipment as much as possible. When can I expect my order to be shipped?
We have partnered with well-established and trustworthy brands to bring you high quality products from around the USA. This means that your order may be shipped to you in multiple packages from each vendor. Each vendor has their own shipping times but on average, processing time usually takes 1-2 days, and you should expect to receive your shipment within 6-7 business days after that. It should take no longer than 10 business days to receive your order. You will receive a tracking number or multiple tracking numbers depending on your order when those products have shipped.

 

What happens if a shipment is delayed?
If your shipment is delayed by our partner warehouse or shipping carriers, we will notify you asap. You can always check the progress of your order by clicking the link found in your emailed receipt.

 

What happens if my package arrives damaged?
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact HERE right away. We are not responsible for any damage to the outside of the package but we will be in contact with the carrier if this does happen so we can come to an agreeable solution and compensation if necessary. All shipments are tracked and insured to provide security in case of damage due to the shipping carrier.
